I think I have my dream job - being a professor at a university. It took many wrong jobs to get to this right job. Even my dream job has its ups and downs. We tend to get self absorbed in our ivory towers and my fellow prof says "the battles are so fierce because the stakes are so low".  I want to continually improve as a teacher. I believe that you get out of people what you put into them and I think the world of my students at my Tier 2 university.
